The Exams Manual is provided by The Exams Office in partnership with the National Association of Examinations Officers to enable centres to organise and include information relating to the management, administration and conducting of examinations.
The contents of this manual will assist centres in ensuring compliance with JCQ and awarding body regulations, and support contingency and succession planning. This includes the absence of the exams officer at a critical stage(s) of the exam cycle, and to support newly appointed exams officers, particularly those who have not previously undertaken the role.
